  Bought a Franklin safe in 2010. Been having trouble with electronic lock not locking properly. Customer seevice said it was only warranted the locks for 5 years. Said that it will cost another $189.00 to replace the electronic. Was told that there was a recall on this particular electronic lock, but was never informed until I called. Even knowing they had my warranty info on file when I register the safe. Plan on paying $200 every 5 years to replace the lock.
